This original solid wood dining table could make an excellent addition to your home.  With the built-in leaf tucked away (47.25"W, 31.5"D, 30.5"H), the table easily sits against a wall to open up space and still sit 2-3 people comfortably.  With the table expanded (47.25"W, 47.25"D, 30.5"H), the square top can easily sit 4 comfortably and has accommodated 6.  The legs are removable for easy transport and the leaf and it's hinges are protected inside the tabletop with latches to keep everything in place.  The dark wood finish straight corners and legs will fit within any modern aesthetic.  There is one water blemish along a side of the table's top but is still quite functional and can be easily covered with a table cloth or potential refinishing.

This West Elm table lamp has been lovingly cared for by one owner.  It is a great addition to any home looking for a modern or mid-century style.

Reason for sale is due to a move and the lamp no longer fitting within our new space.  All it needs is a happy home!

Note: There is one small dent in the original lampshade which occurred during the original shipment (it can easily be turned against a wall).

This authentic Kartell suspension lamp was purchased and never used. For those that know this line of hanging lamp shades, this is the regular size in sky blue transparent dome (called cloud blue in newer models).  It comes with all of the original packaging plus a matching light bulb.  This lamp has only had one owner and has never been exposed to animals or smoke, and has always been kept in a climate-controlled location.  This is a steal!

This CB2 is slim in profile, but sturdy in construction.  Made of welded iron with an antique finish, this coffee table has only had one owner and has never been exposed to animals or smoke, etc.  The antique finish does easily scratch so there is some natural wear and tear from a number of years of use.  A new polish or an organic wooden, stone, or ceramic tray on top will enhance his character.
