AptDeco provides a professional delivery service, handling pickup, delivery and assembly. Shop or sell anywhere in the contiguous United States. Local AptDeco Delivery is available within our standard service zones. Deliveries to or from our extended service zones will be facilitated by our white glove delivery partner. Delivery fees to your zip code can be calculated directly on the listing page. We also allow users to coordinate pickup themselves.

What to expect
Pickup from seller
If you're scheduled with AptDeco delivery, our team will notify you 15-45 minutes before arrival. If scheduled with our white glove delivery partner, you'll be contacted 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup day to confirm a time window that works best for you. Once our team arrives, they'll check your item for any issues that weren't mentioned in the listing. They’ll also measure since we know every inch counts. If the item doesn’t match the listing, we’ll notify the buyer (with pictures) for approval.
Item verification
Once the item is verified, our team will take pictures and ask for a signature. The pictures and your signature are stored safely in our delivery system in lieu of a receipt. We’ll do any necessary disassembly and wrap each piece securely for transport. Then we’re out of your hair!
Dropoff to buyer
If you're scheduled with AptDeco delivery, our team will notify you 15-45 minutes before arrival. If scheduled with our white glove delivery partner, you'll be contacted 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day to confirm a time window that works best for you. Once our team arrives, we'll handle any necessary assembly and place your furniture right where you want it. From there, we’ll take a picture, ask for your signature, remove any materials or boxes and leave you to enjoy your new furniture!
Delivery fee transparency
Our delivery fees go directly toward creating our top-notch white glove experience. Partial delivery fees are built into every purchase. If you're shopping outside of our standard service zone, additional fees may apply.

Insurance
Our delivery service is fully insured and is happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your building. Just complete the below form in advance of your delivery date.
