Seller's Notes:This Mid-Century Expandable Dining Table from West Elm in Walnut extends with a drop in leaf from 72" to 92" long. It can accommodate 10 people fully expanded, though we've squeezed in a dozen on occasion. The table is sturdy, but has definitely endured some wear over the years. We learned the hard way that drinks require coasters (i.e. there are a couple watermark rings) and it does have a few scratches from having an errant Hot Wheels driven over it once or twice. One edge of the leaf has a little surface damage from a leak we had in a closet where it was stored. All that said, the table is fully functional, solid, and the wear isn't noticeable on a day-to-day basis. This has been (and would continue to be!) a wonderful table for casual use or entertaining.
