Seller's Notes:I've had this piece since I was 16 years old (over a decade). It's very beautiful, though it does have it's imperfections given it's antique status. It's a full sized bed frame (I was told by the seller that only full sized beds existed in Victorian times). The frame is a beautiful dark wood finish - I'm not sure exactly what kind of wood it is made of, but perhaps oak. It easily breaks down into 5 parts (headboard, footboard, sides and slats), and is easy to assemble as well. I replaced the slats recently, so they are not the original pieces. I'm sad to see it go, but I've upgraded to a queen-sized bed, and life is all about change! I hope to find a lovely new home for it!
