Seller's Notes:Custom configurations: 5 moveable/adjustable shelves with ready holes and peg hardware (see pictures) and 2 fixed shelves (bottom and central). 7 shelves total. The main body of this bookcase/shelving unit is made of solid sturdy wood (beech? pine?) approximately 3/4", with a finished plywood backing that can be kept for aesthetics or removed as the structural soundness of the unit overall does not rely on the backing piece.
