Seller's Notes:Selling our Room and Board sofa because our family grew and we need more couch! This is a very modern styled couch that is firm and holds it's shape well. The seat cushions can be unzipped for washing which is nice. It is in great condition for the most part but the arms have gotten a bit tattered from a cat we didn't always catch quickly enough when we'd replace the reversible tape. It's a smaller sized couch at 75" long x 34" deep and 31" high. You can lie down on it if you are under 6' which is nice. It is kind of beige/grey. In certain light it looks warmer, in natural light it looks like a cooler more grey tone. Goes with anything though and some colored throw pillows. Very sturdy and not really any stains so it does look quite nice.
