Seller's Notes:Bought this from AptDeco six years ago in nearly new condition and it has been great! Very comfortable, both as a couch and a sleeper (thanks to the Bob O' Pedic mattress). Seats three adults comfortably. The fabric is in excellent condition, no stains, rips, or odors. Minor blemishes on the sleeper frame consistent with normal use over time. Wood block legs with minor signs of wear consistent with normal use over time. Dogs have occasionally sat on the couch, but they do not sleep there or spend long periods there. NOTE: AptDeco only allows for whole number dimensions, so I rounded up. The actual height is 34 3/8", width is 80 3/4", and depth is 36 1/8"
