Seller's Notes:This bed is in overall good condition and remains very stable but has extensive cosmetic damage. On the top left corner there are many scratches (pictured) that look like shallow puncture marks. Those are caused by my cat Deli jumping onto the bed in that spot and doing a pull up to get on the bed. There is also minor black staining (pictured) where the ladder connects caused by removing the ladder frequently. When the ladder is attached the blemish is not obvious. I have all the hardware that the bed came with included, but it appears that more screws could be used that did not come with the bed. Specifically, the slats were only screwed on with one nail per slat instead of two. This did not impact stability and it is a common nail size that could be easily replaced. All important joining hardware is present. The ladder also has the capacity to be attached or remain removable. I do not have the hardware to attach it, but it appears to be a standard sized screw. The weight capacity on this bed is 500lbs. This bed is partially disassembled so that it can fit through doors. I labeled each piece to make it easer to reassemble. The bed is in 8 pieces. (ladder, left side, right side, top back, bottom back, top front, center support beam, slats). To assemble you will need an alan wrench and a screwdriver.
