It is in excellent condition with just some minor chips in the inside part of the front legs from normal wear with the trundle. We bought this daybed as a support structure for our children's room and it is now where they are sleeping. We are now moving apartments and will rearrange the furniture in their bedroom. It is really practical for a multitude of uses, in the bedroom as well as in the living room. The trundle stays low or lifts up to the height of the daybed and two adults can sleep comfortably as if in two twin beds joined together. It can be taken apart easily with just an Allen key.
