As far as our experience with this couch goes, we’ve been very happy with it. The only reason we are parting ways is because we got a blue (grey) French bulldog a couple years ago, and as you can imagine the two colors do not work well together, so it’s time for a change. The couch, overall, is in good condition — it just needs a little TLC. Thankfully, even with a dog, it hasn’t seen any significant wear and tear, we cover it with a blanket since we got the dog. We did have it professionally cleaned after year three and it looked AMAZING afterwards. That said, if it’s in the hands of the right people, it has the potential to be in very good condition.
