Seller's Notes:This is a beautiful, classic chandelier and it is in perfect condition. I am selling it because we are re-modeling our dining room into a living space so this fixture will not work in that environment- although I love it! I included pictures of the instructions which we will include, along with a box of extra crystals that came with the chandelier which will also be included. This item is on the main level of our home, and will not need to be carried up or down any steps other than our step into the house.
