Seller's Notes:I purchased this white Italian leather living room set (sofa, love seat, recliner) in Jan 2015. For six months, I kept it in a smoke-free, pet free, clean apartment that I barely used (i.e.,a few days per week for 6 months). The set is still in almost new condition. It has been in a very clean, climate controlled storage unit since June 2015. I love this set, but I’m selling it because soon I will be paying more for it in storage fees than what I paid to purchase it. I will just purchase a new one when I am ready. I purchased a 7-year warranty, for which I paid $368, that covers stains and defects to the leather. If the warranty is never used – a partial refund is given. I have yet to use the warranty and I am including it with the set (it has 5 ½ years left on it). What I love about this set is its comfort and simplicity. The cushions are very comfortable and the leather is soft. The seat area has a lot of depth, so much that the couch is very comfortable for someone to sleep on, if you dare let them sleep on your white leather (smile). All three pieces are very comfortable. The design is so simple that it can be easily dressed up or left alone to make a beautiful living room. I bought it from Macy’s. The set is still available at Macy’s – so if you want to try it out in the showroom floor – sit on it, feel it etc., then visit Herald Square Macy’s and look for the Emilia Leather Living Room Set in Oyster (off white). I have also provided pictures of how it looked in my old apartment, on the show room floor in Macy’s, the warranty, and the dimensions. I am also including the receipt from the furniture service who will assemble or dis-assemble the couch. The couch is really long and did not fit through my apartment door/hallway – thus I had to get it disassembled before putting it into storage. If you look closely at the picture of it in storage – it is dissembled. The furniture service company gave me a receipt with a commitment to re-assemble for $100 whenever I was ready to move it out of storage.
