Seller's Notes:This is a reproduction of Hans Wegner's CH07 Lounge Chair, also known as Shell. It's not the original made by Carl Hansen & CO (which would cost must more!). About one year ago, I bought it on the internet and I assembled it. It's in plywood and leather (not sure if it's real leather, probably not, but it looks and feels fine). It's in very good condition—the only defect I can see is the scratch you see on the last photo. It's very solid and incredibly comfortable—you wouldn't expect looking at it, but it really is. It is almost undistinguishable from the original one, which costs more than $3,500. By the way, I do have a cat, but he's never jumped on it and never scratched it. (He just doesn't like it.)
