Seller's Notes:This 1960s steel tanker desk blends practicality with mid-century style. Made for heavy-duty use, it offers a spacious work surface, ample storage, and a timeless, retro look perfect for any home office, craft station, or workbench. After moving to a smaller apartment, I am looking to downsize and find a more compact desk for my new space. Dimensions: 60" wide x 32" deep x 29" tall (leg height 24") Weight: Approximately 188 lbs Materials: Steel, Formica Condition: Good Price: $250 The desk features 6 drawers: three utility drawers for supplies, one filing drawer, one stationary drawer, and a center top drawer with a wooden writing utensil organizer. It also includes a built-in letter tray, though the top-left tray is missing. All drawers can be locked and unlocked by pressing them inward and releasing, allowing them to latch and unlatch. The desk did not come with a key when I purchased it. Stamped with a manufacture date of April 13, 1964, this mid-century history was built with a durable steel frame and formica top. It’s built to last and offers a spacious surface that easily accommodates multiple monitors, lamps, and any work materials you need. The desk is in good condition with wear consistent with its age. The top surface is in excellent shape with no major damage. Some parts of the steel frame show rust from decades of use. There are also some residue marks from old tape and labels, and general wear on the drawers and legs.
