Seller's Notes:Had this table custom assembled from a table top I sourced from California and legs my builder found. Just renovated the apartment and it no longer fits in the space so I had to get a smaller one created. The table top is in good condition and was just resealed and has a beautiful patina . It’s made out of reinforced concrete/cement mixture that has resin in it to make it stronger and not so heavy (but it’s HEAVY) and then of course there is some sort of structural skeleton inside. I’m not sure what it is..  The table was actually used in a textile studio, so some of the little beautiful drips and drops are actual patina from some sort of organic cleaning agent or another.  The table was recently sealed with the food, safe concrete sealer, and hasn’t even been used since. It’s 43 x43” inches, and about 29/30”high . It luxuriously sits four people casually sit six and can definitely sit eight for small dinner parties or cocktail hours. I’ve had nine at a Thanksgiving once.😂 was a bit intimate. But workable. It comes apart, which it will be when you receive it as I don’t have room to keep it up with four bolts that are simple to insert and tighten. It’s really cool because it looks light and heavy at the same time but it’s very sturdy and has adjustable feet on the bottom of the iron/steel pipes or legs whichever you want to call them so even if you live in an old school New York apartment like me where your floor is uneven you’ll be able to make it balanced.  the builder told me that the legs are actually hollow so you can put concrete or plaster in them if you want it to be extra sturdy for outdoors. Or if you have kids that like to climb on the edges of tables. But I never found a need for that as it was always very sturdy. Pick up in hell‘s kitchen near 57th and 10th Ave. or I can help you find a delivery service but it has to be paid for and inspected in person before. Please also note the table top will require two very strong individuals at least as it is probably about 110 lbs. it’s located on the third floor of a walk up, but it’s a very easy walk up. I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I have sad to see it go but sometimes downsizing is for the best.
