Seller's Notes:Upgraded IKEA Birch Billy bookcase with two 1/2" plywood shelves 17" deep to hold deeper heavier electronic components. There are 4 shelves total with 3 installed with L brackets for strength. The bookcase has two sets of half height doors enabling hiding of the media components when not in use. The upper set of doors open 175 degrees for TV viewing from multiple angles. Accommodates a TV up to 29 3/4" wide. Four floor protective feet on bottom enable sliding bookcase into place without scratching floor. These bookcases were so well upgraded and assembled, they do not come apart. Bookcase has an open back for ease of cabling components and air circulation. Cabinet measures 31 1/2" wide x 79 1/2" high x 18" deep with doors closed. Some slight darkening of birch laminate from sunlight showing where bookcase was previously positioned. A few small holes in sides (approximately 3 each side) from screws securing this bookcase to others for stability. Possibly a couple screw holes in top to secure to wall with an "L" bracket for further stability. In current configuration (see pictures), everyone thinks these are built-ins. They look that great! Media components, speakers, DVDs, surge strip, etc. are NOT included.
