Seller's Notes:Purchased this sofa brand new 8 years ago. Have taken good care of it. Had an incident where movers tried forcing it through a doorway and ripped on the edge in the back, but is not noticeable when sofa back is not exposed. Still a very solid sofa structurally. Perfect for a modern home, office, or art studio. Well worth it if you wanted to go the extra distance to re-upholster. I am selling because I have a new sofa and no space to store this one.
