Seller's Notes: This is a comfy and sleek Danish-design couch/daybed/guest bed, great for relaxing, watching TV, taking naps, and even extended couch surfing. It's in excellent used condition save for one large but light-colored, barely noticeable patch of discoloration (looks more like a trick of the light than a stain). We're letting it go because it doesn't have a way to attach guardrails, which we need for our newborn and eventual toddler, so we're replacing this sofa with a traditional day bed. It makes for a comfy guest bed. It is both wider and longer than a standard twin mattress, and longer but not as wide as a full sized mattress, so if you want to use sheets on it you'll probably be using queen sheets and tucking in the extra fabric. Two people could easily sit/lie on it to watch TV, but two people sleeping on it at the same time would be tough unless they are very small or like to be very close. This piece comes with the two long triangular cushions ("back elements"). It does *not* come with the square cushions pictured in the retail link and some of the pictures. The retail link says the back elements "weigh almost nothing," which isn't exactly true. They are heavy enough to stay put, so a very young child can't simply pick them up and move them around too easily. From a home with a small, moderately sheddy dog (dachshund mix). No cats or smoke of any kind.
