Seller's Notes:Listed for sale is a original my fathers office chair. 1976 high back Eames soft pad chair in black leather. The chair is in very good vintage condition with some notable wear from use. The chair still retains its labelling underneath as well. These early examples are becoming increasingly more difficult to find. This chair has been nicely looked after and leather shows use, but also hard to find worn appearance. There is a small piece that needs to be welded back into place that helps support the chair from tilting forward. (reason why i am selling for half the price). See images attached. The aluminum parts show wear as well. See photos for reference. Overall, this is a special and terrific early example of an iconic chair. Its an absolute favorite of mine in the world of desk chairs. Superb comfort and fabulous patina.
