Seller's Notes:APT2B 4pc Modular L-Sectional Sofa custom made with Restoration Hardware (RH) fabric in PERENNIALS® PERFORMANCE CLASSIC LINEN WEAVE in Sand. Arrived to our home less than 2 months ago and does not work in the space we intended. Barely used and as close to brand new as you can get. All pieces are modular and you can change the configuration as needed. Base finish is in Pecan. Sofa retails for over $4,000 and the custom fabric from RH was an additional $2,000. Each modular piece is 38" wide x 38" deep. If needed, a diluted bleach solution can be applied without affecting the color.
