Seller's Notes:This sofa was rarely used by my family and the mattress was used twice for close friends staying a night or two and that was about 15 years ago. It's never been moved and is solid. If you look at the seat cushions you can see we rarely sat on it. It's very comfortable and the subtle damask pattern on the rich green fabric is classy and timeless. Our cat came to the apartment a few times about 8 years ago but she did not sleep on it and it's been cleaned since then. We're trying to avoid landfills at all costs as we move out of the apartment. Our hope is to find a new home for this gently used couch since it has many good years left and still looks beautiful. Thanks for looking and feel free to ask any questions!
