Seller's Notes:I am selling a set of 2 Broyhill Laramie sofas. One is a queen sleeper (dimensions 89x38x38), the other is a loveseat (67x38x38). Both pieces are 6 years old but in very good condition (they spent half that time sealed in storage). Current market price for the items together new is $2,100, so this is nearly a 75% reduction. The first two pictures are from the manufacturer's site. I included them in the listing because my apartment gets terrible natural light and nothing shows well in pictures, but the sofas look very close to the first two pictures in person. The color has faded slightly with age, but they are in otherwise great condition, no tears or scratches. I will try to upload more pictures with better lighting shortly.
