Seller's Notes:This roomy Ashley Furniture three-seater sofa with a pull-out queen bed is perfect for stretching out and getting cozy. It is styled with soft patterned cushions and down throw pillows that make the sofa extra comfy and add to the charm of the look - all pillows are included in the purchase price. We have been using this sofa in our office so it is lightly used and in excellent condition. We must sell it ASAP because we are relocating to a different state and can't take our larger pieces with us. The frame inside the left arm has caved a little so I wouldn't advise sitting on the arm but it is not noticeable. From an obsessively clean pet-free, smoke-free home. (Fun fact: they used other pieces from this Ashley collection on the show Schitt's Creek!)
