Seller's Notes:I purchased this sofa directly from Article in October 2022. It was constructed by a professional handy-man in my apartment, and has not left this unit since. It is a smoke-free, pet-free, kid-free, very clean environment in a brand new, doorman building (2x month cleaning service + self-cleaning + air purifiers) The couch has also been professional steam cleaned and sanitized prior to listing. There is a small, dime-sized burn stain on the interior fold of the left seat cushion (noted and pictured above). That is the only notable blemish or defect, it is in otherwise good condition and has barley any wear-and-tear. Has been used very lightly, on-and-off for exactly one year prior to sale. I will split delivery fee with buyer, must be picked-up from apartment building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn (Zip: 11222) - upper floor, access to service elevator and dollys available day-of move.
