Seller's Notes:Purchased from the original owner of 2 years, have owned for 1 year. Manufactured in 6/2020. Very good condition- minor scratches on the leg posts and minor fading on one seat cushion but overall the fabric and cushions are holding up great. Mild odor from previous owner but not bad, has not bothered me in the time I’ve owned it. Could get professionally cleaned. Ottoman is in perfect condition. Selling because I would like to purchase a new color couch and new style, but have loved this for the time I’ve had it and received a lot of compliments from guests.
