Seller's Notes:This is a wonderful and very unique french loveseat /settee which will brighten any room as an accent piece or for extra seating. I get compliments on it all the time. This was purchased from an estate sale and given to me as a gift, so I don't know how old it actually is (I've had it for 2 years) or how much it cost exactly; however, based on my research, I feel certain it would sell for at least $3000 at any retail store such as ABC carpet and home. I love this piece, but it was a gift from an ex-boyfriend- hence why I don’t want it anymore . It’s antique, so the “wear and tear” are not defects per se, but part of the character of the piece . There is an area on the fabric at the top, where the color has worn away due to my scrubbing the material to remove a stain . It doesn’t stand out by any means, and just blends in with the antique look (see photos). Aside from that area where the color is faded, there is only one other tiny light gray stain I can find (which is visible in the photos). I recently steam cleaned it also for good measure.
