Seller's Notes:For sale is one antique mahogany sofa, estimated to be circa 1940-- carved wood elements with brass capped front legs. It was reupholstered about 7 years ago but the fabric is starting to fray on one of the cushions. One rear leg has been reattached with an additional long wood screw (2 screws total, where one screw was originally). It has held up so far, but want to make buyer aware of this issue. Sofa is quite lovely for its age but won't fit through the doorway of the apartment I am moving into, so my loss is the buyers gain! NOTE: Buyer will have to coordinate self-pickup as AptDeco cannot coordinate pickup/delivery until after March 5th, and I will be moving Feb 26th, so I have to have it picked up before then.
