We moved over one month ago and it's been tucked against a wall because we are very attached to it, but space comes at a premium in a small apartment and it's time for it to find a new home. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The gorgeous marble is white with beautiful grey veining and gold and amber flecks. On Anthropologie's website the base looks bright, yellow gold, but it's actually a softer antiqued brass. The iron base is sturdy, and the top sits in beveled edges so it's simple to separate the two pieces for moving. One person can carry the base, but it's better to have two people to carry the marble due to its weight. One strong person could carry the marble, but it's hard to slip it onto the base on your own. This has been an excellent apartment coffee table because the base makes it appear slimmer and lighter, and you can tuck baskets, ottomans, or even books underneath. It provides lots of storage on top, and the colors are neutral and coordinate with any decor. The marble is in perfect, like new condition and doesn't have any scratches, stains, or other human-caused blemishes. The brass legs have a natural texture to them that lends an antiqued feel; the brushes and scratches shown in the photo are original to the piece and not due to wear and tear.
